Secured Skilled Nursing
Some patients needing the day-to-day care of skilled medical professionals also need more supervision and guidance. Our three secured skilled nursing services areas here at Scottsdale Village Square offer compassionate and skilled care for patients with wandering dementia, behavioral health issues and behavioral health issues due to dementia.
We follow a multi-disciplinary approach and we provide our residents with an excellent resident-to-staff ratio.
All of our secured skilled nursing areas offer both private and semi-private rooms.
The Arbors
This is a secured area for our residents who have severe-level behavioral health issues where they can no longer live alone safely in a more traditional long-term care setting.
Vistas West
This area is for individuals with moderate-level behavioral health issues and dementia challenges.
Vistas East
This area is for those who have been diagnosed with wandering dementia and are no longer safe to live on their own. They also may need assistance with daily living activities such as bathing and dressing.
It takes a very special person to work with patients with dementia and/or behavioral health issues and we’re proud to state that our staff members are passionate about their work. They are absolutely dedicated to helping our residents live their lives at the highest quality possible. Our secured skilled nursing services team members include licensed nurses and therapists as well as social workers.
