We are privileged to have a five-star chef at our community. Chef Ernst Springhorn has dazzled guests at the Phoenician Resort, a AAA five diamond luxury resort located right here in Scottsdale.
Chef Spinghorn was born in Germany and completed his culinary arts apprenticeship in scenic Dusseldorf’s five-star Rheinterasse Restaurant. Chef Ernst (as he is affectionately called) worked in England, Canada and Puerto Rico. The chef’s love for the culinary arts took him around the United States, arriving in Arizona in 1991.
Given his extraordinary skills, including innovations with a focus on comfort foods, Chef Ernst’s efforts have been integral in a spectacular transformation that has made Scottsdale Village Square one of the most notable success stories of its class in Arizona.
While you savor each bite of our New American style cuisine, you’ll be amazed to find incredible dining is just the beginning. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in our lavish restaurant style dining room. Chef’s culinary flare includes four course meals with home baked treats or you can place your order off of our a la carte menu.
